Amanda Conte learned the art of real estate first hand when buying and selling her own properties in the Sutton and Beekman area, where she has lived for many years. Raising her children and sending them to private schools on the Upper East Side have also added fuel to her knowledge of what family living is like in Manhattan, as well as to her understanding of what clients in all stages of life look for when settling into or selling a home.

Prior to entering real estate, Amanda worked in advertising and sales for an educationally-based internet company and holds a Masters in Early Childhood Education. She is highly sensitive to the needs of her clients, of the creativity involved in marketing their homes, and to the kind of quality service each person deserves when making important real estate decisions.

“My philosophy is to always keep clients’ needs and wants on my top priority list, and to use their time wisely and most productively” says Amanda, who as a native New Yorker knows this is especially important in such a unique and fast-paced city. Outside of work, she is an active mother in her children’s schools, Sacred Heart and St. David’s, and enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
